Introducing EggCave.com — new from Bumpwire

Hi everybody!

If you didn't know, Twin Skies Now is owned by its parent company Bumpwire (which is also owned by Ian, so don't worry). Recently, Bumpwire has been working on a new project called Egg Cave, where you can adopt an egg, watch it hatch, grow up, and evolve into more powerful creatures. You'll even be able to make friends and feed each others eggs! That's the basic idea, but there's much more to it. cool.gif

Today, Bumpwire has announced that Egg Cave's limited beta will start on July 20 and 500 signups will be available. The site will be completely free too. Since Twin Skies Now is within Bumpwire's network of sites, we thought we'd give you guys a heads up on Egg Cave's limited beta (because we know that a ton of you loveee adoptables! biggrin.gif).

Updates from Donna

Apparently Meteor Games is working on a new game called "Vikings, Pirates, and Ninjas" (unofficial name, don't quote us on that). Donna had a comment on this:

She also commented on Meteor Games' new pet site:

Twin Skies is Back

We are aiming to keep all the messages and your log in details will remain the same. The main difference is that you will log in at www.meteorgames.com instead of www.twinskies.com. This won't be happening until the end of the week at the earliest. As soon as I know more accurately when we will be making this change I'll let you know.

Anyway I know some of you will be sad, but it seems to be the best solution so we stop confusing people, yet keep some of the TS community alive. This way we can still keep you all up to date with the office shenanigans (yes the Super Dudes will be posting updates more frequently soon).

Don't quote me on this, but I am pretty sure all your achievements and avatars will be carried over, I will get Adam to verify this as soon as possible.

Adam released some new stuff

Adam just recently released some new concept art of the Merfolk. Adam also posted a link to concept art regarding the Viking. Also, here are some new character hairstyles that Adam is planning on working with here.

Adam basically said that they are planning a 2D MMO similar to the art style/layout of Wakfu, but better, of course!
