The Phantom Olive Shirt Guy (a.k.a. TPOSG or Ollie) used to be over at Neopets as the “Orange Shirt Guy” (he worked for them) but now he’s switched to Twin Skies and he’s appearing all over the Twin Skies world! Here’s a little entertaining article full of Ollie sightings…
